Puff & Fluff Grooming & Pet Sitting “Stay-at-Home” Policy
Effective at 5pm on March 31st, 2020
Puff & Fluff Grooming will remain open on reduced hours as an essential service under Governor Ducey’s Stay-at-Home Order.
Under this executive order, essential activities are defined as those that are “essential for the health and safety of family, household members, and pets.”
Regular grooming is essential to the health of pets and the people who live with them. Unkept pets can develop health problems such as rashes, skin infections, and hematomas, which can require expensive veterinary care. An unclean pet may also pose a serious sanitation concern for their human families.
While we remain committed to serving your pets during this time, our first priority is helping our community stay healthy and safe.
The following policies will remain in effect until the order is lifted.
Our storefronts will be open on reduced hours with a skeleton staff.
Walk-in appointments will not be accepted during this time.
Please call ahead to book your essential pet grooming services.
In order to comply with social distancing guidelines, we will no longer be inviting clients into our shops, which are being cleaned every thirty minutes to maintain a sanitary environment.
Instead, we ask that you call from the parking lot, and a staff member will pick up and drop off your pet at curbside using our sanitized leashes.
All payments will be accepted online or over the phone ahead of your pickup time.
In order to keep our team safe and supported during this time, Puff and Fluff has made the difficult decision to temporarily lay off our grooming staff, except for a handful of “on call” employees.
We look forward to bringing all team members back on board once we can return to business as usual.
Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions you may have.
Thank you for your support and understanding during this time.
