So let’s get one thing straight, that name right!? It is hilariously cute and catchy. It helps draw in members of the community who may otherwise have gone to a chain store for their fur baby needs! GASP! We won’t go there…
Once you have giggled and get accustomed to the name, and enter the door into the shop – it truly becomes an amalgamation of unique space, décor, offerings and employees that blend together. When you first step in (as we all have at one point) the colors pop and brighten and bring you to a feeling of ethereal happiness. Upon entry for your four-legged friends, they can gain comfort in being able to wander the front of the shop with gates to surround and protect. They become entranced in smells and greet the front shop manager and get their quick licks in for re-assurement while parent and manager discuss what parent wants for grooming.
In detail and exacting every request on paper, the manager discusses the cut needed for the particular four-legged pet. If there becomes any question of uncertainty or uneasiness, we can then grab a skilled groomer from the back to give more expert advice to make sure the parent leaves nothing short of relieved and happy! From here, the parent leaves as manager lets them know that they will call or text them when they are ready to pick up their fashionably clean and well groomed pets!
Once ready for pickup we text and ask for an ETA (estimated time of arrival) so that we know if we need to take the pet on a potty break until the parents return for pick up. It is a great streamlined process we have in place to assure nothing is missed. We even send you a follow up text after you have left to ensure after getting home and see your fur-baby in their natural environment, they look exactly as they should!
