Can Epsom salts be used for a compress on dogs eyes? For an irritation
Hi Kathi,
It is not always recommended to use an epsom salt compress on a pet’s eyes due to the possibility of causing additional irritation. A warm compress is the better route, but certainly ask you veterinarian to check your dog’s eyes to ensure they are doing okay. Best of luck!
