I’m new to Goodyear. What happens on a first visit?
Talk with us about your dog’s coat, skin, any sore spots and what you want the haircut to look like. Let us know about previous grooming experiences and anything that helps your pet feel comfortable. That first conversation helps us plan the visit.
My dog has never been groomed. Is that a problem?

Can I just get a bath instead of a haircut?
Yes. A Bath and Brush gives your dog a freshen-up without a full haircut. It can be a useful visit between Full Grooms. See Services & Pricing for exactly what’s included and talk to the team about your dog’s coat.
How do I book at Litchfield?

How long will the visit take?
The booking slot is not the total grooming time. The current location guidance allows around 2 to 4 hours, depending on your pet’s size, coat and haircut. Confirm your pickup plan with the team at drop-off.

Can I visit another Puff and Fluff Grooming location?
Yes. Each location has its own booking calendar. If you have a Pampership, your membership is tied to the location where you enrolled.
