How to Book:
- Select Day & Time
- Choose the service you wish to schedule and the size of your pet.
- Choose a stylist.
- For multiple pets, click “+add another service” and repeat steps.
Call your Puff & Fluff location if you need assistance with online booking.
We will send a confirmation email within twenty–four hours.
NOTE: Times given in the scheduler do not reflect the timeframes needed for grooming. Due to coat conditions and size of pet, appointments made within two hours of closing may need to be rescheduled.
Disclaimer: The system schedules appointments for a 1-hour slot – services do take 2-4 hours depending on the size, coat, and haircut.

Your Uptown Neighborhood Groomer
We’re on 16th Street between Bethany Home and Camelback, tucked behind Starbucks, so you can grab a coffee while we take care of your dog or walk over from anywhere in the Uptown Plaza area.
Uptown and the Biltmore corridor are dog-friendly through and through, with sidewalk patios, dog parks, and a lot of walking. That means regular baths and brush-outs keep coats looking sharp between visits, and we build our schedule around exactly that kind of routine grooming.
We’re open Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with online booking that fits around a workday in the Camelback corridor. We’re proud to be our highest-rated location, and we’d love to show you why.
