Your membership gets you first pick of our calendar every month — you just have to grab it. Call, text, or book online to reserve your appointment, and you’ll get in ahead of the walk-in line.

2. Exclusive Monthly Services.
Every plan includes the services listed above, month after month. No guessing what you’re getting or re-explaining what your dog needs every visit.

So what’s the catch?

You Still Have to Book.
The Pampership reserves your spot in line, not the appointment itself. Call, text, or book online each month — it doesn’t happen automatically.

Auto-Debit Required.
Membership runs on automatic monthly PayPal payments. No auto-debit, no membership.

One Location Only.
Your membership is tied to a single Puff & Fluff location and can’t be transferred to another.

Flat Monthly Rate.
You pay the same amount every month. Unused services do not roll over — use them or lose them.

No Substitutions.
Services in your package are fixed. We can’t swap a bath for a groom or add extra visits.

À La Carte Add-Ons Are Extra.
Things like nail trims and teeth brushing aren’t included, but you can add them on at your appointment.

Tips Not Included.
Your groomer works hard. Tips are appreciated but separate from your membership fee.

Account Audits.
We periodically check that your pet is properly registered. If something’s off, your Pampership may be adjusted.

Prices May Change — Once a Year, Max.
We try hard not to, but the cost of running a spa (rent, supplies, good groomers) creeps up too. If pricing ever needs an adjustment, it happens at most once a year, and we’ll give you a heads-up before it hits your card.

How Does Billing Work?

Your membership begins the day you sign up.

PayPal charges you automatically on that same calendar date every month.

All services must be used within that billing cycle — nothing rolls over.

Missed or Canceled Appointments

Life happens. Each membership month, you get one pass: if you no-show, cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or arrive more than 30 minutes late — we cannot take any appointment once you’re over 30 minutes late — that first time is forgiven, no forfeiture.

The second time it happens in the same membership month, you forfeit the service tied to that appointment. Any other services left in your plan for the month are unaffected.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

Pampership Cancellation & Refund Policy

Want to cancel your membership entirely? Email us anytime at hello@puffandfluffspa.com.

To avoid being charged for next month, notify us at least 15 days before your billing date.

If a charge has already been processed, your cancellation takes effect the following month — we can’t refund a charge that’s already gone through.

Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process the cancellation.

If you’ve lost a pet, let us know. We’ll cancel immediately and prorate your current month — we’re so sorry for your loss.

How Does the Monthly Charge Work?

Your membership month starts the day you sign up, and your card is charged automatically on that same date each month going forward.

One more time for the folks in the back: services do not accumulate. It’s a monthly membership — use what you’ve got before the month resets.
