So what’s the catch?

Auto-Debit Required
Membership must be set up through automatic monthly PayPal payments to remain valid.

One Location Only
Your membership must be redeemed at a single Puff & Fluff location. It’s non-transferable.

Flat Monthly Rate
The rate is the same each month. Unused services do not roll over.

No Substitutions
Services in the package cannot be swapped for other services.

À la Carte Services Not Included
Add-ons like teeth brushing can be purchased at your appointment.

Tips Not Included
Tips for your groomer are appreciated but not included in the membership fee.

Account Audits
If Puff & Fluff audits your membership and your pet is not properly registered, your Pampership may be adjusted.

How Does Billing Work?

Your membership begins the day you sign up.

Your PayPal account will be charged monthly on that same calendar date.

All services must be used within your monthly billing cycle.

No rollover of unused services to the next month.

Missed Appointment Policy

If you miss an appointment without canceling at least 24 hours in advance, you will lose one of your monthly services.

Punctuality Policy

Please arrive on time and confirm your appointments in advance to avoid any service disruptions.

If you arrive an hour late, you will lose one of your monthly services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel anytime by emailing: hello@puffandfluffspa.com 

To avoid being charged for the next month, notify us at least 15 days before your billing date.

If a charge has already been processed, your cancellation will take effect the following month.

Allow 3–5 business days for cancellation to be processed.

In case of pet loss (deceased pet), you may cancel immediately and we will prorate your current month.

How does the monthly charge work?

Your month starts the day you sign up. Your card will automatically be charged on the same day you signed up the following month.

Once again, we must reiterate that services do not accumulate over to the next month. It’s a monthly membership. All services need to be used within your monthly membership.
