Founder of Puff and Fluff Grooming
Liz has owned Puff and Fluff Grooming since 2013, growing one small grooming shop into six locations across the Phoenix area. She built the brand around one idea: every pet deserves patient, quality service close to home.

OUR FOUNDER
Meet Liz.
Liz got her first pet at age nine, a terrier mix she named Phoenix. Nine years later, she moved to the city that shared his name and started her life there.
Before grooming, Liz ran a pet-sitting business for several years. That work taught her what pet parents worry about when they hand over someone they love. In 2013, she bought her first mom-and-pop grooming shop and shifted her focus fully into grooming.
That first location grew into six Puff and Fluff Grooming locations across the Valley, all built around the same standards. Liz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Arizona State University and a Master’s degree in Education from Northern Arizona University.
She was named a Pet Age Woman of Influence in 2019, featured by PHOENIX magazine, and served on the board of Gabriel’s Angels.

If a pet is too stressed or a groom isn’t safe, we stop. We muzzle when needed and groom senior pets for comfort.

Greet every pet by name. Gentle hands, kind words, and extra time for the nervous ones.

Breaks when a pet needs them. Calm voices. We never rush a pet to stay on schedule.
Transparency
Prices are posted by size and weight. We tell pet parents what we find, like matting, skin issues, or behavior, and explain any added fee.
Quality
The same standard at all six locations. Every groomer and bather is trained the Puff and Fluff Grooming way.
