Especially Fur You - You get monthly access to Puff & Fluff. You can set up reoccurring appointments, or you can call/text/schedule online, and we will fit you into the schedule (based on availability).

• • You receive the items listed in the packages that you select of services for the month. ($85-165 average value)
  • You will receive 10% off all retail boutique items (online shop and in store) throughout the whole year.

So what’s the catch?

Membership must be set up for auto debit through the customer’s PayPal account in order for the pampership to be valid.

Membership must be redeemed at one single location (non-transferable). Membership is a flat rate per month. The services do not carry over from month to month.

À la carte items are not included, but can be added at your appointment. Example: Teeth Brushing would be an “À la carte” you can add the day of your appointment.

There are no substitutions of the services.

Tipping is not included in this fee, so please feel free to tip for services at the storefront.

If Puff & Fluff does an audit and your pup is not registered under the correct your Pampership is subject to adjustment.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

You can cancel your subscription anytime by emailing hello@puffandfluffspa.com

If you want to cancel, please contact us 15 days before your next billing period to avoid being charged for that month. If the charge goes through for that month, your subscription will be canceled the following month. From the time you contact us, please allow us at least 3-5 business days to process your cancellation.

A deceased pet (we don’t want to mention this, but have to) – you can cancel immediately – and we will prorate your membership for that month.

How does the monthly charge work?

Your month starts the day you sign up. Your card will automatically be charged on the same day you signed up the following month.

Once again, we must reiterate that services do not accumulate over to the next month. It’s a monthly membership. All services need to be used within your monthly membership.
