It’s important that our furry babies get the right amount of workout everyday. And we’re not just talking about their cute little bodies. We’re talking about activities to work out both their bodies and skills.

We’ve collected 5 indoor activities that you can do with your dog to keep them healthy, bright, and happy, regardless of what the weather is outside!
  1. Play fetch — This game is not only fun but is a really good workout for your dogs. They will run, jump, and learn the concept of retrieving something. It’s a workout and a way to train your dog! If you don’t have much space inside your house, then you can just hide the toy and ask your puppy to get/find it.
  2. Doggy obstacle course — This probably doesn’t seem like something you can do indoors but it is! You can use your chairs and empty boxes so they have something to go through and climb. Let them find their way and leave a treat at the end of the course.
  3. Run them up and down the stairs — Not only is this a good workout for them, it’s also a good workout for YOU! You and your dog can be healthy together!
  4. Hidden treats — This will test your dogs’ sense of smell and give them a sense of reward for finding the awesome treats that are waiting for them.
  5. Play-date — Invite your BFF’s dog and set up a doggy play-date. This will be fun for them and will develop and increase their social skills.
These activities are all very easy to do or set up, some of these you might have done with your dog already.
