Not just a hotel, Hotel Congress is a cultural landmark located in Tucson, AZ. With just 40 rooms, this neat spot is also pet-friendly. The hotel welcomes pets up to 80 lbs. for an additional $50 for the first night, and $25 for each additional night. The hotel’s restaurant, Cup Cafe, is also pet-friendly so you don’t have to leave Fido alone while you grab a bite to eat! - Airbnb
